Studio Imeliana

1. Bookings & Retainer

A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable retainer has been paid and a written agreement has been signed.

The retainer secures the date and covers initial planning and administrative work. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the agreement provided to the client.

The retainer amount may vary depending on the type of service and location of the event.

2. Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within a period specified in the individual agreement, additional fees may apply.

If Studio Imeliana is unable to perform the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency or force majeure, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement makeup artist. If a replacement cannot be secured, any payments made (excluding completed services such as previews) will be refunded.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions prior to the service.

Studio Imeliana cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or skin reactions if relevant information was not disclosed in advance.

The client is also responsible for ensuring a suitable working environment, including adequate lighting, seating and space.

4. Damages & Liability

Studio Imeliana uses professional products and equipment. The client is responsible for any damages to equipment or products caused by the client, members of the bridal party or guests during the service.

Studio Imeliana is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Travel & Destination Weddings

For services requiring travel, additional travel fees may apply. In the case of destination weddings, accommodation and transportation arrangements may be required as outlined in the individual agreement.

Travel-related retainers and expenses may be non-refundable once booked.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studio Imeliana’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Studio Imeliana is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes to Services

Any changes to the agreed services must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Studio Imeliana reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
